You might be confusing Black Ops 3 with Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified , which was released for the (PS Vita), not the PSP. The PPSSPP emulator does not support PS Vita games (only PSP). So that also won't work. reimagined for the PSP engine
If you specifically want to use the PPSSPP emulator, you should download the only title actually developed for the PSP:
