| Issue | Solution | | :--- | :--- | | | Go to Extensions > Extension Manager . Ensure Twilight Render is checked "Enabled." If not, reinstall. | | Render is completely black | Your camera is inside a group/component, or the face normals are flipped (blue side out). Right-click the face > Reverse Faces . | | Materials look plastic/waxy | You used SketchUp colors, not Twilight templates. Convert them using the "Material Editor > Apply Template." | | Free version won't render above 800px | That is a hard limit. To test a higher res, use the "Render Crop" region tool to render just a small corner at high res. | | Crash on Render Start | Update your Graphics Card drivers. Also, disable "Hardware Acceleration" in SketchUp Preferences > OpenGL. |
