Three rebellious students at the Wind Ninja Academy—Shane, Tori, and Dustin—are the only ones who escape when the evil Lothor attacks and captures the school. They are given Wind Morphers by their sensei (who has been turned into a guinea pig) and become the Wind Rangers. Together with the cyber-genic Cam, they must defend Earth from Lothor's forces.
