Log into the router (usually 192.168.8.1 or 192.168.1.1 ). Navigate to Settings > Device Information . Look for a string like 11.170.01.00.00 or 21.200.03.00.123 . If the version ends with a carrier abbreviation (e.g., ...TMO , ...VDF ), you are locked.
