This card was listed in the official guide but never coded to drop. The mod gives it a unique ability to change to defense position and deal piercing damage.
In the original, Heishin would simply play Thunder Force (a hacked card) to wipe your field. In the 722 mod, Thunder Force is replaced with a legitimate Raigeki (which you can negate with Magic Jammer if you draw it). This turns the fight into a tactical resource battle, not an RNG slaughter.
