Most DODI installers have a checkbox at the start that says "Limit installer to 2GB of RAM." Check this box. It makes the install slower but significantly more stable, especially on systems with 8GB or 16GB of RAM. Always own a legal copy of any game you install
Dodi repacks decompress into RAM, then write to disk. If your page file is small, you get a crash.
Uncheck "Automatically manage," select your C: drive, and set a (Initial: 8000, Max: 16000 MB).
