This paper investigates the technical feasibility, security implications, and practical use cases of purported “Portable Microsoft Office 2007 NL (Dutch) Project 2007 64-bit” packages circulating on third-party platforms. We conclude that no legitimate 64-bit version exists; alleged portable versions are repackaged 32-bit binaries with compatibility shims.
