Default paths:
Go to Virus & threat protection → Manage settings → Exclusions → Add the entire PES 2013 folder. download pes 2013 settings.exe file
Right-click settings.exe → Run as Administrator. Without admin rights, the executable cannot access raw input from gamepads on Windows 8/10/11. Default paths: Go to Virus & threat protection
