Windows 11 has much stricter driver signature enforcement and memory integrity (Hypervisor-protected Code Integrity, or HVCI) than Windows 7 or XP. multikey.sys is often or signed with an expired certificate. As a result, Windows 11 may block it, crash, or flag it as incompatible.
